Will I be able to access a lounge as soon as I have joined Regal Card?

Yes. Just download your personalized mobile app and you will have instant access to all 800+ lounges in the program. NO physical card will be mailed, but your membership email will contain a PDF you can download and print.

How can I use my digital membership card?

Once you have completed your registration you will receive an email containing your DragonPass membership number and your password.  Use these to sign-in to the DragonPass app and you will be free to use your DragonPass membership.

Where can I download the DragonPass app?

To download the DragonPass app, simply search ‘DragonPass Lounge’ on either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

What discount will I receive at Airport Service Vendors?

Discounts offered by participating vendors vary.  Please check by using the DragonPass app to find the exact discounts offered.

How do I receive my Airport Restaurant Discount?

Simply show your digital membership card (or the PDF file) at the participating restaurants to claim your discount.  You may also be asked to show your passport or boarding pass.

What facilities can I expect in a lounge?

The facilities available in each lounge vary from lounge to lounge.  However you can typically expect complementary food and drink, free WiFi access, comfortable seating and access to magazines and newspapers.

Do lounges operate dress codes?

Each lounge operates their own dress code.  However you can typically expect to find a smart-casual dress code in most lounges.  This may include restrictions on football shirts, ripped jeans and shorts.

What are the opening hours of lounges?

Opening hours vary from lounge to lounge.  Our information pages on each lounge will allow you to view the opening times before booking your visit.

How long can I stay in the lounge for?

The length of your stay will vary from lounge to lounge and you will be able to check this before you book your lounge visit on the lounge information pages. You can typically expect 3 hours per stay.

Where can I find the lounges within the airport?

You can find a list of our lounges here. If you click on your selected lounge you will find its location within the airport and the facilities available at the lounge.

If I travel with my spouse/friend/colleague can they come with me to the lounge?

Yes. Accompanying guests are welcome to the lounges for a nominal fee of just $27 per person, per visit.

Do I need to be flying business or first class to enter the lounges?

Not at all! As a Regal Card member you can enjoy unlimited free access to all 800+ lounges worldwide, regardless of the airline or class you are flying. With the new lounge app you can enter the lounges even if you are flying economy.

Can my membership card be used by someone else?

No. The DragonPass membership is non-transferable. Before entering the lounges, you might be asked to show your passport or boarding pass.
